Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective September 19, 2026. Cute Coloring Pages is operated by Beijing Wefro Technology Co., Ltd. (北京白浪花科技有限公司), a company registered in China at Room B2-917, Building 36, No. 110 Zaojia Street, Fengtai District, Beijing 100070, China. These terms apply to the features currently available on this website.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
Use the service only if you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy. Account holders and purchasers must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Children may use downloaded coloring sheets under adult supervision; they must not create accounts or submit personal information.
2. Our digital service
We provide a printable coloring-page gallery and, when enabled, AI-generated coloring pages. AI generation uses fal.ai and the FLUX.2 Pro model. Generation and storage depend on third-party services and may be interrupted. Paid benefits become available after payment confirmation; there is no physical delivery.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account and billing details, keep your password private, and report suspected misuse to support@cutecoloringpages.art. You are responsible for authorized activity on your account. Do not share or resell account access. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
4. Plans and generation allowances
Pricing is published at /pricing. Every account retains one free generation per UTC day. PREMIUM is US$10 per month and includes 30 generations per billing cycle, watermark removal for your own generated results, and private access to your latest 30 saved creations. Coloring Pack · Pay as you go is a one-time US$2 purchase for 3 generations with no scheduled expiration. A pack does not include PREMIUM watermark removal or storage.
5. Payment authorization and taxes
When paid checkout becomes available, subscribing authorizes the recurring monthly amount shown at checkout until you cancel renewal. Each Coloring Pack purchase is separately authorized and charged once; there is no automatic top-up. Waffo Pancake is our intended Merchant of Record/payment partner, subject to merchant approval; the final seller and payment terms will be identified at checkout. Applicable taxes and the total payable amount are shown before purchase. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.
6. Cancellation and allowance order
Cancel renewal online in Account → Billing, or contact support@cutecoloringpages.art from your account email. Cancellation prevents future renewals and paid benefits continue to the end of the current paid period. Unused subscription generations expire at the end of that period and do not roll over. Purchased pack generations keep their original non-expiring status when a subscription ends. We use the daily free generation first, then subscription generations, then purchased pack generations. Packs are not cash and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money except where a refund or applicable law requires it.
7. Refunds
A first-time subscriber may request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if no subscription generation allowance has been used. An entirely unused Coloring Pack is eligible for a full refund requested within 7 days of purchase. Consumed generations are normally non-refundable. Duplicate charges will be refunded; a verified service outage attributable to us lasting over 72 hours may qualify for a proportionate refund or service extension. Contact support@cutecoloringpages.art with your account email, transaction ID and reason, but never send card details. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days; bank posting times vary. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
8. Billing questions
Please contact support@cutecoloringpages.art promptly about an unexpected charge so we can investigate with the payment provider. This does not restrict your right to contact your bank or exercise statutory dispute rights.
9. Artwork and intellectual property
Gallery artwork may be downloaded and printed for personal, family, educational and classroom use. Do not remove gallery watermarks or resell or redistribute the gallery as your own collection. You retain rights in your inputs and grant us permission to process them only to provide and secure the service. To the extent we hold transferable rights in your generated output, we assign them to you; this does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or rights in third-party material. Review AI output before use, particularly with children. We do not use your inputs to train our own AI models. Third-party processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Acceptable use
Do not request, generate or share: (1) pornography, nudity or sexual/NSFW content; (2) violence, gore, graphic injury or self-harm; (3) hate speech or hateful imagery; (4) child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation or other unsafe depictions of children; (5) deepfakes, deceptive impersonation or unauthorized likenesses; or (6) copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized protected characters or logos. Do not bypass safety checks, attack the service, resell access or use outputs to train competing models. When generation is enabled, we check prompts against an operator-maintained ruleset, Waffo Prompt Sift and a semantic safety classifier before generation. We enable the image provider's safety checker, run SeeAPI NSFW/special-care checks and separately classify generated images for broader policy risks before display or storage. Blocked, uncertain or unavailable checks stop delivery and do not consume your generation allowance. Checks can make mistakes and do not certify legal ownership. We retain restricted-access decision records for safety investigations. Report suspected violations or appeal a rejected request to support@cutecoloringpages.art, with the page URL or request details; do not email illegal imagery. We review reports, investigate relevant records, remove confirmed violating content we control and may restrict generation access for abuse. Appeals receive human review and do not automatically release a rejected image. User creations are private and are not automatically published to the gallery; staff review gallery material before publication.
11. Privacy and saved creations
See /privacy-policy for data handling. Saving is a PREMIUM benefit, limited to the latest 30 successful saved creations. Free results are not saved for later account access. After PREMIUM expires, access to saved creations stops; cancellation does not automatically delete your account or stored files. Older saved creations may be removed when the 30-item limit is reached. Download important files and request deletion through support when needed. A storage failure does not invalidate an otherwise successful generation.
12. Availability and liability
The service and AI output are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or particular output quality. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect and consequential losses and limit aggregate liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for serious violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. If we discontinue prepaid service for reasons other than your breach, we will offer a proportionate refund for the undelivered portion, including eligible unused purchased allowances. Request account deletion at support@cutecoloringpages.art; cancel recurring subscriptions before deletion. Subscription cancellation alone is not an account-deletion request.
14. Disputes and mandatory rights
These terms do not designate an exclusive court or require arbitration. Applicable law determines jurisdiction, and mandatory consumer protections remain available. Contact support@cutecoloringpages.art to seek an informal resolution without giving up any legal remedy.
15. Changes and general terms
Material changes to these terms or recurring prices will be notified at least 14 days before taking effect, except urgent changes required by law or security. You may stop using the service and cancel renewal before a change takes effect. Invalid provisions do not invalidate the remaining terms. These terms and the Privacy Policy describe our agreement for this service.
