Information we collect
Accounts contain your name, email, authentication records and preferences. Passwords are stored as hashes, not readable passwords. We keep generation status, allowance balances and, when purchases are enabled, order/subscription records. Requests may include IP address, device/browser information and timestamps for security and operation. Avoid putting personal or sensitive information in image prompts.
How information is used
We use this information to provide accounts, deliver requested services and password-reset emails, maintain allowances, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, processing is based on performance of the service agreement, legitimate operational/security interests, legal duties or consent.
Service providers and international processing
Vercel hosts the application; Supabase provides our PostgreSQL database; Cloudflare provides DNS, support-email routing and private image storage; Resend delivers transactional emails. When generation is enabled, fal.ai processes prompts for FLUX.2 Pro image generation; Waffo Prompt Sift checks submitted prompts; SeeAPI analyzes generated images for NSFW and special-care risks; and our fal-hosted classifier, routed through OpenRouter to Google Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite, analyzes prompts and generated images for broader policy violations. We send only the content needed for these checks, not account emails or billing details. Safety decision records include stage, verdict, policy version, time and service reference, without copying prompt text or images into the decision record. Waffo Pancake will also process checkout and billing information when approved and enabled. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Our database and hosting are configured in Tokyo, but this does not mean every provider processes all data only in Japan. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Generated images and storage
Free generated results are not saved for later access in your account. Active PREMIUM accounts can privately access their latest 30 saved creations using authenticated, short-lived links. You can delete saved creations in My creations. Access stops when PREMIUM ends; existing files are not automatically erased solely because of cancellation. Older creations may be removed at the storage limit. Contact support for account or stored-data deletion. Third-party generation providers process prompts and outputs under their own data-handling terms; we do not train our own AI models on your inputs.
Cookies and email
Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in and application preferences. Password-reset emails contain a time-limited link; keep it private. The public review release does not enable advertising. If optional analytics or advertising that require consent are introduced, we will provide the required notices and controls before enabling them.
Retention and security
We retain account and operational records while needed to provide the service, investigate security issues, handle disputes or satisfy legal recordkeeping requirements. Subscription cancellation does not delete the account. Deletion requests are reviewed and processed subject to necessary legal/security retention; backup copies may remain until their normal retention period ends. Access controls, encrypted transport and private storage help protect data, but no system is risk-free.
Your choices and rights
You can browse the public gallery without registering. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, restriction or objection to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact support@cutecoloringpages.art from your account email; we may verify identity and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. You may complain to your relevant data-protection authority. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
Children and policy updates
Accounts and purchases are for adults 18 or older. Coloring sheets can be used by children under adult supervision, but children should not submit personal information. If a child has submitted information, contact support@cutecoloringpages.art so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate. Material policy changes will be announced on the site and, when appropriate, by email.
